Beguinage
The original beguinage church dates from the 14th century, and was dedicated to St. Elizabeth, the first patroness of the beguinage. A picture of her hangs on the wall above the high altar. However, that beguinage church was burned down, and it was rebuilt in Renaissance style between 1587 and 1605.
